It is in the tradition and know-how of the village of Tarasco that
this artisanal sugar cane Charanda is produced, which contains
Cordyceps mushrooms, the same ones that generate a feeling
of well-being, energy and vitality. Cordyceps mushrooms have
been considered for thousands of years to promote longevity
and a higher level of energy. The knowledge and the philosophy
of ancient culture taught, that this mushroom promotes balance
between body and soul. Mushrooms are widely used in Mexico
for “medicinal purposes”. The Cane juice is distilled in copper
pots twice and then rests in ex Bourbon casks for at least 24
months. After removing it from the barrels, the mushrooms
are added and left for about three months, then it’s bottled
