The Sol Tarasco range is very similar to the French Agricole style of Rhums in terms
of production, meaning 100% local cane juice based. The Pachecos only select
sugar canes cultivated over 1270 meters above sea level from their own plants for
this range. Sol Tarasco is made using traditional production methods and a slow
distillation process, before being aged in selected ex-bourbon and ex-sherry barrels
for around 4 years, and bottled at 40% ABV. No sugar or additives added
